The mascot's design draws on Pacific Northwest Indigenous art traditions and is rendered in vivid polychrome colour print covering the central field. The denomination 25 cents appears in the upper field in incuse lettering, while the legend VANCOUVER 2010 TM/MC curves along the lower rim.
