Obverse description Second portrait of Queen Elizabeth II as a young woman, facing right, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, with her hair styled up. The effigy, modelled by Arnold Machin, presents a draped bust truncated at the shoulder. The legend BERMUDA appears along the left periphery and ELIZABETH II along the right periphery in raised Latin characters.

Reverse description The heraldic arms of Southampton Parish displayed centrally in the field, featuring a quartered shield with birds in each quarter, supported by two wild boars rampant as dexter and sinister supporters, surmounted by an elaborate crest of a stag atop a wreath and helm. A ribbon scroll beneath the shield bears the parish motto UNG PAR TOUT, TOUT PAR UNG. The denomination TWENTY-FIVE CENTS arcs along the upper periphery, and the date 1984 appears in the lower field beneath the arms.
