Obverse description Second portrait effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, as modelled by Arnold Machin. The truncation of the neck is lightly draped. The legend 'BERMUDA' arcs along the lower left rim and 'ELIZABETH II' along the upper right rim, all in raised Latin lettering within a plain field.

Reverse description The heraldic arms of Devonshire Parish displayed centrally within the field, featuring a shield charged with stag's heads, supported on either side by rearing stags standing on a grassy compartment, and surmounted by a wreath and crest incorporating a serpent. The denomination legend 'TWENTY-FIVE CENTS' arcs along the upper portion of the rim, and the date '1984' appears in the lower exergue, all in raised Latin lettering.
