| Beschrijving voorzijde | Crowned and draped bust of King Edward VII facing right, wearing the Imperial State Crown and robes of state adorned with jewelled ornamentation at the collar. The effigy, engraved by George William de Saulles, is rendered in high relief with fine detail to the beard, facial features, and regalia. The peripheral legend reads EDWARD VII KING & EMPEROR, arcing around the upper and lower fields. The engraver's initials DES appear on the truncation. A beaded border frames the entire design. |
