备注

Bunker Hill Air Force Base in Peru, Indiana operated under Strategic Air Command for most of its active life, housing B-58 Hustler crews at various points during the Cold War. Officers' club scrip of this kind was a common feature of mid-century American military installations — a closed monetary system that kept spending on base and simplified accounting within the mess. The blue paper composition is characteristic of the denomination tier used across many SAC installations, where color-coding by value was a practical necessity rather than an aesthetic choice.

Bunker Hill was decommissioned in 1968, which sets the hard upper boundary on this scrip's useful life. Notes surviving from the early years of the series are considerably scarcer than later issues.
