| 备注 |
Torelló is a small industrial town in the Osona comarca of Catalonia, and like hundreds of Catalan and Spanish municipalities during 1936–37, its local council was forced to print its own fractional currency when Republican Spain's small-change supply collapsed under wartime hoarding and metal shortages. These emergency municipal issues — collectively known as "guerra civil" local notes — were legal only within the issuing municipality, which meant a note from Torelló was worthless the moment you crossed into the next town.
The C.A.M. printer in Barcelona handled a substantial volume of these small council commissions, making Turró the essential reference for attribution.
