备注	One of hundreds of small-denomination emergency notes — known in Spain as billetes de necesidad — issued by municipalities during the Civil War years when Republican-held territories suffered acute coin shortages. The central government's inability to maintain small-change supply forced local authorities, cooperatives, and even individual businesses to print their own fractional scrip. Rioja, a minor agricultural municipality in the Almería interior, was among them. The Tipografía Diario de Almería handled a number of these local commissions, which accounts for the shared production quality across several Almería-province issues catalogued in Gari Mon's series.
