| 备注 |
One of hundreds of small-denomination emergency notes issued by Catalan municipalities during the Spanish Civil War, when the Republican government's coin supply collapsed almost entirely after 1936. The Ajuntament de Cassà de la Selva — a modest town in the Girona comarca — printed this locally through Imprenta Vilallonga rather than rely on any centralized authority. These hyper-local issues were technically illegal under Republican monetary regulations but were tolerated out of sheer necessity.
Most Catalan municipal notes from this period were redeemed and pulped after 1939. Survivor rates for small-town issues like Cassà are low.
