Obverse description	Plain cream card stock with a blue dotted rectangular border enclosing all text, printed by letterpress in two colours. The issuer name 'Consell Municipal' and locality 'BORRASSÀ' appear in red at the top, separated by a small red downward-pointing triangle, while the large denomination '25 cts.' occupies the centre field in bold blue type. A red serial number prefixed by 'Nº' is printed at the foot of the note.
