| 备注 |
Bellvei is a small village in the Baix Penedès comarca of Catalonia, and like hundreds of similar municipalities during the Spanish Civil War, it issued its own fractional paper currency in 1937 when the Republic's coinage essentially disappeared from circulation — hoarded, melted, or simply absent. The Ajuntament had no printing infrastructure of its own, so production went to Imprenta Ramon in the nearby town of El Vendrell, a commercial press handling similar emergency jobs for several local councils in the region simultaneously.
Turró's catalog documents well over a thousand such municipal issues from this period; Bellvei's 25 céntimos sits among the more obscure entries, with surviving quantities reflecting the village's small population and limited economic activity.
