| 备注 |
Algimia de Alfara is a small municipality in the Camp de Morvedre comarca of Valencia, and like hundreds of similarly sized Spanish towns, it printed its own emergency fractional currency during the Civil War after the Republic's coinage supply collapsed in 1936–37. These local emissions — known collectively as papel moneda local — were legal tender only within the issuing municipality's boundaries, which for a village of a few hundred inhabitants meant a circulation radius of almost nothing.
The Garrigos-Moll reference 117-C distinguishes this from at least two other emissions in the same series, suggesting Algimia issued multiple varieties — unusual for a town this small.
