| 表面の説明 | Plain light blue note printed in dark brown letterpress, with a dashed-rule rectangular border framing the entire design. The issuer's name occupies the upper left in bold sans-serif type, while the denomination numeral '25' and the word 'CÉNTIMOS' appear in large type to the upper right, above a light blue underprint of the numeral '25' in a large ghost watermark-style rendering at centre. A serial number in bold type is positioned at lower left, and two manuscript signatures — those of the Mayor (El Alcalde) and the Secretary-Comptroller (El Secretario Interventor) — appear at mid-right below the authorising text. A legal-tender declaration runs along the lower margin in smaller roman type. |

Alcolea de Cinca is a small municipality in the Huesca province of Aragon — Republican territory during the Civil War — and this note is a product of the same emergency that pushed hundreds of Spanish towns to print their own fractional currency after the nationalist uprising disrupted normal coin supply in 1936. The Consejo Municipal issues from this region are among the more obscure entries in the broader *billetes locales* corpus; Alcolea de Cinca had a population well under a thousand, and surviving examples from such minor municipalities are genuinely difficult to locate.
The official stamp is the primary authentication device — a common solution when access to sophisticated printing infrastructure was simply unavailable.
