| Obverse description | Printed in teal on cream paper, the note is enclosed within an ornate geometric border whose lateral bars each carry the name of a Landes commune — VILLANDRAUT at left and ST SYMPHORIEN at right — set in rectangular cartouches. A central vignette in decorative calligraphic lettering reads PRODUITS FORESTIERS DES LANDES DU SUD-OUEST within a scrolled frame, below which the issuer name ANCIENS ETABLISSEMENTS MARC & COLOUBIE appears in roman capitals. The denomination BON DE 25 CENTIMES is inscribed in bold letterpress, with the serial number printed below; the commune name PRECHAC appears in a cartouche at top centre and PARENTIS-EN-BORN at the bottom, while a fine guilloche underprint repeats the issuer text across the entire field. |
