正面描述	Ornate rectangular frame decorated with olive branches encloses the central design, with a shield bearing a caduceus at left and a shield bearing an anchor at right flanking the Principality's coat of arms surmounted by a crown at centre. Below the arms, the denomination is expressed in both words and numerals, accompanied by two manuscript signatures.
