Obverse description	Typographically printed emergency voucher with a decorative letterpress border enclosing guilloche rosette vignettes at the left and right flanking the large numeral '25' on each side. The issuer's name 'VILLE DE NAMUR' appears in bold display type at the top, with 'BON DE' above the denomination 'CENTIMES' set in an ornate guilloche band across the centre. A serial number in a cartouche is positioned at the upper centre, and the text body carries the validity clause, date of issue (15 Juillet 1918), and three facsimile signature lines for the Municipal Secretary, the Burgomaster, and the Alderman of Finance, with a faint official municipal seal visible as an underprint.
