| 裏面の説明 | A full-length standing figure of Liberty faces the viewer, clad in classical robes. In her raised right hand she holds a staff surmounted by a Phrygian cap from which a banner bearing five stars and the word UNION flows. Her left arm rests upon a column and an open book inscribed CONSTITUCION. Tridents flank the composition on either side, each bearing the mint initials P and A at the base. The arc legend at top reads 15 DE SETIEMBRE DE 1821 and at bottom CONSTITUCION PAZ, PROGRESO Y LIBERTAD, with CENTRO AMERICA appearing in the lower field. |
