Obverse description Central field features a stylized spray of three broad leaves rising from a single stem, rendered in high relief with detailed veining, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. A small five-petalled flower appears at the base of the stem below the beaded border. The legend NEZ · DRŽ · HRVATSKA is inscribed along the upper periphery in raised Latin characters, with the date 19 41 divided and positioned to either side of the lower stem within the beaded circle. The overall design is of a restrained, modernist character typical of 1940s Croatian numismatic art.

Reverse description The large denomination numeral 25 dominates the central field in bold, slightly stylized relief, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. Flanking the numeral are two opposed feathery leaf sprigs extending from the lower field toward the upper rim. At the top, above the beaded circle, appears the letter U surmounted by a small crowned shield device. The legend BANICA is inscribed in evenly spaced raised Latin letters along the lower periphery outside the beaded border. The composition is clean and geometric, consistent with the pattern's modernist design aesthetic.
