Beschrijving voorzijde Central field features the national emblem of Oman — a crossed khanjar (dagger) and two crossed swords above a belt — enclosed within a circular inner legend. The denomination '25 BAISA' appears to the left and '٢٥ بيسة' in Arabic to the right of the emblem. The year '2015' is inscribed below the emblem in Latin numerals, with the Hijri year '١٤٣٧' above. The legend 'SULTANATE OF OMAN' runs along the lower arc in Latin script, while 'سلطنة عمان' appears in Arabic along the upper arc. An ornamental beaded border encircles the entire design, with additional Arabic script in the outer ring referencing Sultan Qaboos.

Beschrijving keerzijde Central field displays an elaborate eight-pointed star ornament in a traditional Islamic geometric style, composed of interlocking foliate and pointed motifs radiating symmetrically from a central medallion. At the centre of the medallion is the national emblem of Oman — the crossed khanjar and swords — surrounded by a circular Arabic legend recording the 45th National Day commemoration and the Hijri and Gregorian dates '١٤٣٧ - ٢٠١٥م'. The numeral '٤٥' (45) appears prominently within the central ring. The entire design is framed by a finely detailed outer border of repeating chain-link or rope ornament. The overall composition reflects traditional Omani decorative arts in a high-relief milled finish.
