Obverse description Central device features the revised national emblem of Oman, comprising two crossed khanjar daggers overlaid by a traditional curved sword (saif), all rendered in fine relief against a smooth field. The Arabic legend curves along the upper periphery reading the ruler's name, with the title appearing along the lower arc. The design is clean and heraldic in character, with no additional ornamentation in the field.
