The header carries the inscriptions 'TЬVA ARAT RESPUBLIK' and 'TЬVA SADZOJ-YLETPYRNYN BANKYZLYN BILEDI' above a central oval vignette of the state emblem of Tannu Tuva, with a facsimile signature and the date '1935' in the lower field. |
