The body comprises dense Cyrillic text setting out the terms and conditions of the Liberty Loan issued under the Decree of the Provisional Government of 27 March 1917, covering payment schedules, interest terms, and redemption provisions. Near the bottom appear the signatures of the Управляющий Государственным Банком and the Бухгалтеръ, with the final coupon date Срокъ послѣдняго купона 16 марта 1922 года stated in the lower text. |
