The circular legend in Armenian script reading ԼԵՌՆԱՅԻՆ ՂԱՐԱԲԱՂԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ ԱՐՑԱԽ (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Artsakh) arcs around the upper portion of the arms.
