The Armenian legend ԼԵՌՆԱՅԻՆ ՂԱՐԱԲԱՂԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ ԱՐՑԱԽ curves around the inner border of the coat of arms, with the denomination 25000 inscribed below the central device.
