| Beschrijving voorzijde | Crowned oval escutcheon bearing an eight-fold quartered coat of arms with the central shield of the Wolff-Metternich family, all within a beaded inner circle. The surrounding legend, in Latin, records the episcopal titles of Franz Arnold von Wolff-Metternich zur Gracht, Bishop of Münster and Paderborn. The crown surmounting the arms is rendered in a baroque style characteristic of early eighteenth-century German ecclesiastical coinage. |
