Beschrijving voorzijde Central field displays a quartered municipal shield of Glogau set within elaborate strapwork cartouche, the four quarters bearing respectively a crowned lion, a rampant griffin, an eagle displayed, and a further heraldic beast, all rendered in high relief typical of early seventeenth-century Silesian die-cutting. The shield is flanked by foliate and scroll ornaments extending toward the coin's border. A beaded inner circle separates the central device from the surrounding legend. The circumferential Latin legend reads MONETA NOVA CIVI GLOGOVIENS with the initials I C and a rosette ornament, interrupted at the top by a floral stop. The overall style reflects the urgency of wartime emergency coinage production.

Beschrijving keerzijde Central field features a large spread eagle displayed with wings fully extended, rendered in the robust hammered style characteristic of Silesian Kipperzeit emergency issues of 1621. The eagle's head faces to the right, with detailed feathering visible across the wings and body, and a crescent or ornament visible at the breast. A beaded inner circle encloses the eagle device and separates it from the outer legend. The circumferential Latin legend surrounding the eagle reads MONETA NOVA CIVI GLOGOVIENS with the initials I C, consistent with the obverse inscription. The denomination and date 24 KREUZER 1621 appear within or at the base of the design, confirming this as a 24 Kreuzer emergency piece struck during the inflationary Kipper und Wipper period.
