Obverse description Laureate head of Zeus facing right, rendered in bold relief with characteristic curling locks and a full beard; the laurel wreath is clearly delineated across the brow. A long scepter is visible behind the head, extending diagonally into the left field. The portrait displays the vigorous, somewhat provincial style typical of late Republican Sicilian municipal bronze coinage.

Reverse description A tetrastyle temple depicted in three-quarter perspective, showing four columns supporting a triangular pediment ornamented with an acroterion; the structure rests on a stepped podium or stylobate. The ethnic legend ΠΑΝΟΡΜΙΤΑΝ is distributed horizontally across the field flanking the temple, with the control letters C and D prominently positioned in the lower exergual area, separated by a central dot. The overall composition is well-centered and characteristic of the civic bronze issues of Panormus during the late Roman Republican period.
