附加信息	Irian Jaya — the western half of New Guinea — was administered by the Netherlands as Nederlands Nieuw-Guinea until 1962, when U.S.-brokered negotiations forced the Dutch to transfer control to a UN transitional authority (UNTEA). Indonesia assumed full administration in May 1963. This piece dates to that transitional moment, issued under the brief Indonesian provincial identity before the territory was fully absorbed.
