Descrizione del rovescio	The reverse is printed in blue and centres on the coat of arms of the Netherlands, flanked by the denomination numerals 2 1/2 at left and right. The text of the relevant article of the Curaçao Penal Code dealing with counterfeiting is printed in full, dated 1942, with the verbal denomination TWEE EN EEN HALVE GULDEN and WETTIG BETAALMIDDEL. Notably, the Dutch text employs diacritic dots on the capital letters I and J, a typographic usage not standard in Dutch orthography for uppercase characters.
