Thirteen six-pointed stars are arranged around the periphery — seven to the right and six to the left — with a fine dentilated border encircling the entire obverse. The date appears in the lower exergual area beneath the portrait. The hair is rendered in elaborate curling locks falling behind the neck, lending the design a distinctly neoclassical character. |
