| 裏面の説明 | The reverse bears a purely inscriptional design, with the denomination expressed in four lines across the central field: BAIOCCHI / DVE E MEZZO / ROMANI / 1795, meaning 'Two and a Half Roman Baiocchi.' A small six-pointed star ornament is positioned at the top of the field, above the first line of text, serving as a decorative device. The lettering is bold and well-spaced in a neo-classical upright Roman typeface. The entire design is enclosed within the same reeded inner border as the obverse, consistent with the milled coinage of the Rome Mint under Pius VI. The field is otherwise unadorned. |
