Additional information

Issued as part of Indonesia's 25th independence anniversary series in 1970, these gold pieces were struck in limited numbers and intended primarily for collectors and diplomatic gift sets rather than circulation. The series was produced at the Royal Dutch Mint in Utrecht — a remnant of the colonial minting relationship that persisted well into the republic's independent decades.
