A bilingual legend encircles the design, reading 'الشيخ جاسم بن محمد بن ثاني آل ثاني' in Arabic and 'Sheikh Jassim Bin Muhammad Bin Thani Al Thani' in Latin script, both arcing around the upper and lateral periphery.
