| 正面描述 | The Zambian national coat of arms occupies the central field, depicting a quartered shield supported by a man and a woman in traditional dress, one on each side. Above the shield, a fish eagle with outstretched wings serves as the crest, perched above crossed pickaxe and hoe. The date 1994 is split to either side of the supporters, with '19' to the left and '94' to the right. The legend ZAMBIA arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 2000 KWACHA appears in bold lettering along the lower margin. A fine reeded border frames the entire design. |

Zambia issued a series of commemorative pieces ahead of the 1994 FIFA World Cup hosted across the United States. This particular variant — struck without the "WINNER BRAZIL" counterstamp — predates Brazil's fourth title, won on penalties against Italy at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. The counterstamped version was applied after the tournament concluded, making the two variants distinct collectibles rather than the same coin in different states.
