| Obverse description | The obverse of this rectangular fine silver issue features a stylized flying saucer rendered in detailed relief at the upper portion of the field, depicted hovering above a radiating sunburst pattern that fans across the entire background. In the lower half, a circular cartouche displays the coat of arms of Cameroon — a shield bearing a star and scales of justice, flanked by crossed fasces — surrounded by the legend REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN arcing above and the bilingual motto PAIX TRAVAIL PATRIE / PEACE WORK FATHERLAND.
