| Obverse description | The obverse features a central vignette depicting a classical Greek temple set against a dramatic mountainous landscape, with radiating sunbeams emanating from behind the structure and billowing clouds filling the lower field. A large, finely detailed laurel wreath frames the central scene on both sides. The outer border is decorated with a continuous Greek key (meander) pattern.
