Beschrijving voorzijde The coin is struck in the form of a four-leaf clover, with each heart-shaped lobe rendered in high relief and finely engraved with naturalistic leaf venation throughout the silver field. At the center of the obverse, a small four-leaf clover cutout pierces the planchet, serving as a decorative focal point. The circular legend arcs along the inner margins of the lobes, with the inscription divided across the coin's surface reading REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN, 2000 FRANCS CFA, and the date 2018.

Aanvullende informatie

Cameroon's modern bullion and novelty issues are struck under licensing arrangements — the country's name and nominal face value appear on pieces designed, produced, and marketed entirely by European minting houses, principally in Poland and Germany, with no direct involvement from the Banque des États de l'Afrique Centrale. The four-leaf clover series falls squarely in this category: a lucky-charm novelty coin aimed at the collector gift market rather than any monetary function.

KM#138 places this among a cluster of similar Cameroonian-issued pieces from the same period, most sharing the 62.20g silver format that has become the default specification for oversized novelty issues across the African nominal-issuer market.
