| Obverse description | The obverse presents the reverse face of a highly detailed sculptural representation of a guillotine-style wooden frame construction, rendered in antique finish. The frame features elaborately textured wood-grain columns on either side, secured with visible bolts at the corners, and a decorative arched pediment at the top. Within the frame, a semicircular arch and a diagonal blade channel are depicted in low relief, with a circular aperture at the lower centre of the composition. The inscriptions REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN, 2 oz Ag 999, 2000 FRANCS CFA, and 2025 appear in horizontal lines across the central field. |
