Her face is painted in the traditional sugar skull style with vivid red and white pigments applied in selective colour, adorned with red roses and skull motifs in her elaborately braided hair. Large gilded circular earrings with fringe hang from her ears, providing a striking gold colour accent against the antique silver field. In her right hand she holds a human skull, and a rose tattoo is visible on her chest. The background is filled with intricately engraved feathers and smaller skull motifs, creating a richly textured field throughout. |
