| Obverse description | The face of the assignat is set within a double-ruled typographic border and carries the large-denomination text in letterpress. Two full-length allegorical female figures — personifications of Victory and Peace — stand on pedestals at the left and right margins, flanking the central text block. Medallion-style portrait roundels appear at the upper corners, and two circular blind-stamp seals are impressed below the main inscription alongside manuscript série and numéro designations. |
