| 背面描述 | Full-length standing effigy of Archangel Gabriel depicted facing slightly to the left, rendered in fine relief against a plain field. The archangel is shown in flowing robes with large, prominently displayed wings formed from a vivid colored glass inlay, conveying an ethereal and luminous effect. The figure is portrayed in a solemn, devotional posture consistent with traditional religious iconography. The legend appears above and below the central figure, identifying the subject and including the devotional inscription. |

The BEAC issues commemorative silver on behalf of six member states — Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, and Gabon — none of which operate independent mints. These pieces are struck by contracted European mints and have no circulation function whatsoever; they exist purely for the collector market, often distributed through overseas dealers with little presence in the issuing territories themselves.
The glass insert is a production technique popularized in the 2010s by mints like B.H. Mayer's and CIT, where a shaped cavity in the planchet is filled with vitreous enamel or borosilicate glass during striking.
