| Reverse description | An emblematic composite design incorporating several iconic features of the Ópusztaszer National Heritage Park. The field presents the architectural floorplan of the medieval Monastery, the towering Árpád monument, and the Rotunda set against a stylised forested background in layered relief. The design evokes Hungary's national historical memory and the significance of the site as a founding place of the Magyar state. The encircling legend, divided across two lines, reads 'ÓPUSZTASZER NEMZETI EMLÉKHELY NEMZETI TÖRTÉNETI EMLÉKPARK' in Latin script. |

| Additional information |
Ópusztaszer is where Hungarian tradition holds that Árpád's seven conquering tribes held their first assembly after settling the Carpathian Basin in 895 AD — making it the symbolic birthplace of the Hungarian state. The site hosts the Feszty Panorama, a monumental cyclorama painting completed in 1894 for Hungary's millennial celebrations, which was badly damaged during World War II and underwent a painstaking decade-long restoration completed in 1995.
