Obverse description Dark brown and multicolored underprint with an intaglio portrait of Prince Gábor Bethlen at right, his name inscribed above in capital letters. The crowned arms of Hungary appear as a vignette at left center, accompanied by two facsimile signatures and the issuer inscription MAGYAR NEMZETI BANK below the denomination 2000 KÉTEZER FORINT in large numerals. A holographic foil strip at left incorporates the crowned arms and the numeral 2000, while a latent image cartouche is present at upper left.
