Reverse description Central device depicts the Imperial Iranian arms: a lion passant to the right, holding an upright sword in its right forepaw, with a rising sun in radiate glory emerging from behind its back — the classic Shir-o-Khorshid emblem. Above the lion, a Qajar imperial crown is displayed in the upper field. The entire central device is enclosed within a decorative wreath of olive branches on the left and oak branches on the right. Below the lion, on a flat ground line, the denomination legend is inscribed in Arabic script.
