Descrizione del dritto	Central vignette of the People's Palace (Presidential Palace) in Khartoum, rendered in intaglio in red-brown tones, with a large circular calligraphic medallion to its left. The denomination '٢٠٠٠' appears in large numerals across the top in both Arabic script and Western numerals, set against a multicolour guilloche underprint in gold, red, and blue. The Bank of Sudan name is inscribed in Arabic at upper centre, with the date in Hijri and Gregorian calendars above the serial number.

The design is set within a multicolour guilloche border with the denomination '٢٠٠٠' repeated in the side margins.
