Opmerkingen

Jugobanka's network of "osnovna banke" — constituent banks operating under the federal Jugobanka umbrella — issued meal coupons as part of the Yugoslav workplace welfare system, where large employers and their associated banks administered subsidized canteen benefits directly. The Kula branch served the agricultural and food-processing enterprises of the Vojvodina region. These coupons circulated within a closed system: issued to workers, redeemed at designated canteens, and theoretically returned to the issuing bank — which means genuine circulation survivors are rarer than their humble status suggests.
