Obverse description The obverse is designed in the style of the circulating 200 Złotych banknote. At upper left, the legend 'RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA' arcs across the field, with the year '2022' at upper right. The central motif features a diamond-shaped cartouche bearing the Polish White Eagle with crown, wings displayed, rendered in high relief. In the background, an architectural rendering of Wawel Royal Castle in Kraków is visible in shallow relief. To the lower left appears the mint mark within an oval security-style vignette, and to the lower right the crowned Polish Eagle emblem. The denomination '200' appears at lower left, flanked by the legend 'DWIEŚCIE ZŁOTYCH' and the 'NBP' monogram at lower right.

Reverse description The reverse replicates the design of the circulating 200 Złotych banknote, featuring a large right-facing bust of King Zygmunt I Stary (Sigismund I the Old) wearing an ornate crown and armour, rendered in high sculptural relief at centre right. To the upper left, the three-line legend 'NARODOWY BANK POLSKI' is displayed with ribbon ornamental devices. The denomination '200' appears vertically along the left border alongside the legend 'DWIEŚCIE ZŁOTYCH'. At lower centre, facsimile signatures of the President and Chief Treasurer of the National Bank of Poland appear alongside the date 'WARSZAWA 6 WRZEŚNIA 2021 r.' and the titles 'PREZES' and 'GŁÓWNY SKARBNIK'. To the right, a heraldic shield bearing the letter 'S' surmounted by a crown is visible, with the engraver's initials 'PK' in the lower right field.
