The denomination "Zł. 200" appears in the upper right, the serial number in the upper left, and two manuscript signatures appear below the cartouche under the printed titles "Dyrektor Jeneralny" and "Minister Prezydniacy w Kommi: Rządowéy Przy: i Skarbu," with additional circular floral vignettes at the lower corners. |
