| Obverse description | Based on the standard 200 Vatu note (P#8), this commemorative issue bears an overprint in the watermark area at left to mark the 15th Anniversary of Independence. The national coat of arms is present alongside the national motto 'Long God Yumi Stanap'. Guilloche underprint patterns frame the central vignette in a style consistent with the standard series. |
