Beschrijving voorzijde Intaglio portrait of painter Pedro Figari, shown in three-quarter view to the left with spectacles and beard, occupies the center-right of the note, with his name inscribed in a decorative cartouche beneath. The national coat of arms appears in the upper center-left area above two facsimile signatures, with a vertical security thread watermark strip to the left and a holographic or metallic oval device at upper right. Denomination numerals appear in guilloche-patterned underprint at lower left and lower right, with the full denomination 'DOSCIENTOS' rendered in bold intaglio across the lower center.

Beschrijving keerzijde The left half of the reverse is dominated by a full-color reproduction of 'Baile Antiguo' (Old Dance), a celebrated painting by Pedro Figari, rendered in his characteristic Post-Impressionist style with figures in 19th-century dress gathered in an ornate ballroom. To the right, a vignette of an artist's palette and brushes enclosed within a laurel wreath serves as a symbolic tribute to Figari's artistic legacy. The denomination and issuer inscriptions are set within guilloche-bordered panels at center-right and lower center, with the printer's imprint at lower right.
