备注

The Estado de Honduras issued paper currency under chronic fiscal duress throughout the 1840s, and this 200 Pesos note belongs to one of the earliest domestic emission series in Central American history. Honduras at this period lacked a formal central bank entirely — these notes were government obligations in the most direct sense, backed by little more than state credit in a country perpetually short of hard currency.

Pick 6A is genuinely rare. Honduran paper issues from this decade suffered heavy attrition through humidity, political instability, and successive currency reforms that rendered earlier notes worthless and uncollectable.
